Each month, we welcome 250-350 babies into the world in our delivery rooms. Members of our expert team of nurses and midwives will accompany you through the birthing process, so that every step along the way is as comfortable and well supported as possible. Our doctors perform emergency cesarean sections when necessary for the health of mother and baby. When babies require surgery upon delivery, they are usually transferred to the NICU at Istishari, allowing families to remain in the same building. Our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit is located on the same floor as the labor & delivery rooms.
If your family wishes to be present during labor & delivery or during your recovery time, we offer an array of accommodations within the hospital itself.
