The presence of workers at the workplace for long hours HAS PREVENTED THEM FROM finding enough time to practice regular sport activity in the before or after work hours.
So, these are some notes that can help keeping level of health at the work-place as optimal as possible:
- LEAVE your seat at least once every hour. Walk around the office or in the hallway.
- DRINK water.
- WHEN you leave your floor down to another floor, use the stairs.
- DURING the breaks you have, do not go to a place and just sit. Walk around the hospital.
- STUDIES have shown that those who excellent relations with their "neighbors" have less cardiac problems. Make sure you have good relations with the colleagues near your office.
